FUMC will be participating in the rain-or-shine Sustainable Moorestown Town Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, May 13th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You can rent a table for $20 (set up will be at 7:00 a.m.) or bring your own table or tarp and rent a space for $15. The event will be advertised by Sustainable Moorestown throughout the town. Coffee and snacks will be available for purchase.

Funny Farm: My Unexpected Life with 600 Rescue Animals by Laurie Zaleski, February 2022.
An inspiring memoir written by a woman who never had expected to run an animal rescue – that was her mother’s dream 30 years ago. But after the death of her mother, Laurie was determined to bring her mother’s vision to fruition. Today, she is a successful businesswoman who also is the founder and President of the Funny Farm Animal Rescue and Sanctuary outside Mays Landing in New Jersey. It is one of the largest animal rescues in the Northeastern USA and has been voted one of the TOP 10 places to visit for families in all of NJ! This sounds like a good opportunity for a Eureka! FMC BBQ- Sunday July 9, starting shortly after our 10am worship service on the Pleasant Valley Ave. Circle, we will have a family barbeque for all! There is no charge to attend, but baskets will be out if you wish to help offset the cost. Please remember to bring a lawn chair for worship. Tables and chairs will be set up near the fire pit off the large church parking lot for the barbeque. (If it rains, we will move the barbeque to Fellowship Hall).
