Silent Auction to benefit the Apple Festival!

July 13th at the Church BBQ and ONLINE! 

There are over 20 baskets/experiences/items available to bid on online! Attend the BBQ for even more options with special in-person only auction items as well! 

All proceeds from the auction will support the Apple Festival and allow us to host an even bigger and better event than last year!

Auction opens July 6 and closes July 13 at 12:30pm!

How To Participate in the Silent Auction

To facilitate the auction, we will be using the website GiveButter. This is a safe and secure nonprofit fundraising and auction service. In order to bid, you will need to register to create an account with GiveButter. A quick video is provided below to walk you through registering.

About the Apple Festival

Join us for our second annual Apple Festival on September 19, 2025 from 4:30-7:30pm. 
Rain date is Saturday, September 20.

Entry Cost
$8 per Adult
$6 per Child (under 10 years)
- Children under 3 are FREE!
$25 per family (up to 5 people)

 Entry fee includes:

  • Southern "Fried" Apples dessert with cake & ice cream (1 per person)
  • Face painting, Bounce House, Balloon art & facepainting, Crafts & Yard Games, Inflatable Axe Throwing, Kids Crafts, and more!
  • Live music
  • “Selfie” photo station
  • Story time with Librarian Jen

Additional items for purchase include:

  • Kona Shaved Ice
  • Coffee/Apple Cider and more
  • Caramel apples
  • Picnic Food (pretzels, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chips, water & soda)
  • Baked Goods
  • Apple Cider (gallons & half gallons)*
  • Apples by the bag*
  • Mums*
  • Hand crafted items
