Pastor Gina has served on staff since 2021, and in other Methodist churches since 1995 as an ordained Elder. Her passion is working collaboratively with others and unleashing God-sized dreams to impact the world! Pastor Gina and her husband Rich have twin adult daughters, 2 grandkids and a rambunctious Chesapeake Bay Retriever.

Jeremiah Appleton
Program Ministries Coordinator
Having volunteered with FMC Youth since 2001, Jeremiah was first compelled to take on the role of Coordinator of Youth Ministries when the opportunity arose in 2022. With a daughter (Amanda) in our youth group, he has been doubly inclined to put together the best programs for FMC’s 6th-12th graders. Jeremiah's wife (Jen) will often be found on weekend retreats, although the dogs must be left home. In 2024, Jeremiah felt called to increase his role at FMC, taking on the new role of Program Ministries Coordinator.

Barbara L. Morgan
Executive Office Administrator
Barbara worked in Higher Education as a School Director for over 20 years. She is now happy to be able to serve in the church where she grew up. She has a twin son and daughter, a darling granddaughter and grandson, and another granddaughter on the way.

Donna Banes
Co-Music Leader Traditional
Donna Banes has served on staff since 2017, she grew up at FMC singing in choirs since the age of 5. Donna started studying piano at six and began studying the organ in High School. As Co-Music Leader for the Traditional Service; she is responsible for Choirs and the Children’s Music program. She is an organist and oversees Music Events.

Dustin Beck
Co-Music Leader Contemporary
Dustin became Co-Music Leader in 2025 and has been performing and singing for over 20 years. Dustin cherishes the challenge to not only provide top notch musical accompaniment to worship, but also to create a special moment for everyone in the room. In his spare time, Dustin performs live all over New jersey and Pennsylvania. Whether it's pop, soul, country, rock and roll or Americana music, his goal is always to have a great time, and make memories.

Devika Gill
Preschool Director, First Light Early Learning Center
Devika has served as the Preschool Director at First Light since 2006. With a degree in Elementary Education and a background as a public-school teacher, she values the importance of developing a love of school and learning at an early age. Devika and her husband Joel have 4 adult daughters and are longtime members of FMC.

Matthew Callender
Communications Director
Matt joined FMC in 2025 as Communications Director. He has experience in project management, non-profit climate advocacy, science education and disaster relief service. He holds a B.S. from Rutgers University where he studied environmental policy graduating with distinction. Matt is excited to be able to use the skills he has been blessed with in ministry at FMC. In his spare time, Matt enjoys reading fantasy series, gardening, woodworking, crafting, and playing Dungeons and Dragons. He also enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, Star Trek, and Star Wars. As a new dad to a beautiful daughter and husband to a Methodist pastor, Matt is a family man who believes in Christ's teachings especially those regarding giving freely and loving all.

Property Coordinator

Sarah Owens
Nursery Coordinator
Sarah Owens grew up in Libertyville, IL, a suburb of Chicago. She trained in dance as a child and attended Point Park University to major in Dance Performance, before enjoying an 8-year professional performance career. She and her husband James have been married for 11 years and moved to Moorestown in 2020, where they now live with their three children, Josephine (6), JJ (3) and Joshua (1). In addition to serving as the Nursery Coordinator, Sarah also runs a small bakery business, So Sweet Bakery, out of her home, but spends the majority of her time in Stay-At-Home-Mom mode.
