Pastor Gina has served on staff since 2021, and in other Methodist churches since 1995 as an ordained Elder. Her passion is working collaboratively with others and unleashing God-sized dreams to impact the world! Pastor Gina and her husband Rich have twin adult daughters, 2 grandkids and a rambunctious Chesapeake Bay Retriever.

Rev. Jessica M. Campbell
Associate Pastor
Jessica has served the UMC since 2003 after receiving an MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary. Ordained in 2010, she has served five congregations and has a heart for God and God's people. She is the mother of three young men and the partner to a cheeky Australian named Paul, himself a father of two young men. They enjoy finding reasons to laugh and make memories.

Barbara L. Morgan
Executive Office Administrator
Barbara worked in Higher Education as a School Director for over 20 years. She is now happy to be able to serve in the church where she grew up. She has a twin son and daughter, a darling granddaughter and grandson, and another granddaughter on the way.

Matt Dunnam
Communication Coordinator
After earning his Master's degree in Communications, Matt joined the staff of FMC in 2023. Matt brings with him an undergraduate degree in the use of recording technologies, a creative disposition, and a plethora of academic pursuits. With an innate passion for growth, openness, and spiritual guidance he is determined to make the world a better place.

Donna Banes
Co-Music Leader Traditional
Donna Banes has served on staff since 2017, she grew up at FMC singing in choirs since the age of 5. Donna started studying piano at six and began studying the organ in High School. As Co-Music Leader for the Traditional Service; she is responsible for Choirs and the Children’s Music program. She is an organist and oversees Music Events.

Brad Ludwick
Co-Music Leader Contemporary
Brad has served on staff since 2023. He is a multi-instrumentalist music director with over 20 years of experience. He loves Jesus and worshiping God through music. Brad is married to his amazing wife Andrea and has 4 wonderful kids - Chase, Kayla, Nico, & Abby.

Jeremiah Appleton
Coordinator of Youth Ministries
Having volunteered with FMC Youth since 2001, Jeremiah was compelled to take on this role when the opportunity arose in 2022. With a daughter (Amanda) in our youth group, he is doubly inclined to put together the best programs for FMC’s 6th-12th graders. Jeremiah's wife (Jen) will often be found on weekend retreats, although the dogs must be left home.

Devika Gill
Preschool Director, First Light Early Learning Center
Devika has served as the Preschool Director at First Light since 2006. With a degree in Elementary Education and a background as a public-school teacher, she values the importance of developing a love of school and learning at an early age. Devika and her husband Joel have 4 adult daughters and are longtime members of FMC.

Property Coordinator
